This Washington Post commentary by former senator Bob Graham, who voted against the resoluton allowing the war in Iraq, is a clear demonstration of what Democrats knew and when they knew it. Those Democrats who voted for the war resolution bear a heavy responsibility and cannot now tell us that they were fooled by the administration:
