I'm not endorsing everything in this Christopher Hitchens piece for Slate but it makes amusing reading nevertheless. I would like to think that Falwell is still at the Pearly Gates, trying to explain how gay bashing and embracing every war that came along was consistent with Jesus' teaching. |
