The Department of Defense has identified 3,571 American service members who have died since the start of the Iraq war. It confirmed the deaths of the following Americans yesterday:

HILTZ; Cory F., 20, Pfc., Army; La Verne, Calif.; Second Infantry Division.

KIM, Shin W., 23, Sgt., Army; Fullerton, Calif.; Second Infantry Division.

MARTINEZ, Michael J., 24, Sgt., Army; Chula Vista, Calif.; Second Infantry Division.

MENDOZA, Giann C. Joya, 27, Sgt., Army; Los Angeles; Second Infantry Division.

ROLFING, Robb L., 29, Staff Sgt., Army; Milton, Mass., 10th Special Forces Group.

ROSSI, Jonathan M., 20, Pfc., Army; Safety Harbor, Fla.; First Cavalry Division.

WORKMAN, Dustin L. II, 19, Specialist, Army; Greenwood, Neb.; Second Infantry Division.
